Banner Report
The Banner Report page provides an overview of the current performance of each ad as well as a listing of all user-defined reports. Default reports provide a performance overview of each ad, while user-defined reports provide a more segmented view. User-defined reports are available to submit to your sponsors for billing purposes.
Default Reports
The default report lists each Banner Ad, grouped by Sponsor, the schedule dates, the click-through counts, impressions, and the ratio of clicks to impressions. The rate column indicates the currently assigned Revenue Type and the amount earned to date. You may also select those banner ads which have click-through counts to view an itemized click-through report.
Only those ads that have click-through counts are available for the itemized report. The itemized report lists all click-through counts, the date/time stamp for each click, and the click originator's IP address calculated from the schedule start date through today's date. You can also view the Whois data for each IP address to help determine whether you want to include the IP address in the Excluded IP table.
You should use the default reports to validate click-through counts prior to creating a user-defined report. The purpose is to remove all invalid click-through counts so that a user-defined reports contains accurate data for billing your sponsors. When you add a visitor IP address to the Excluded IP table, that IP address is removed from the click-through counts for all banner ads, where applicable.
